[ Properties and applications ]

Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, acetone, benzene and other organic solvents, and ethyl cellulose, polystyrene, polyethylene, PVC and other miscibility, and cellulose acetate, acetic acid, butyric acid cellulose of miscibility. For good hardy plasticizer, plasticizing with high efficiency, low volatile, both has good cold resistance, and has good heat resistance, light resistance and electrical insulation.

Apply to PVC, vinyl chloride copolymer, cellulose nitrate, ethyl cellulose and synthetic rubber, and other resin, especially suitable for manufacturing cold wire and cable, artificial leather, thin film, plate, sheet, etc. Often used with phthalic acid esters and, as a variety of synthetic rubber cryogenic plasticizer, no influence of rubber vulcanization.
